let your story be told

let the truth come alive in your practice. let your body speak. let your knees and toes borrow courage from the beat. let your story be told through the bottoms of your feet, the story your ancestors have been longing to hear you repeat. take up residence in your heart, and let the journey begin. if this speaks to you, i invite you into the realm of the body, where all your experiences live, where your only task is to learn how to tenderly hold all the paradoxes that lie within you. where we learn what making peace looks like, so we can take our prayers out into the world, warriors of beauty.
what does it feel like to laugh out of each pore, once we are released into the unknown, set free.
truth be told, the emotional terrain can be found on the ground underneath your practice, mirroring what you've been looking for in countless other places.
how do you dance when you feel out of tune, when you can't quite remember your song? do you stay playfully committed long enough to allow yourself to discover what you have been secretly longing to find?
